Join us as we kick off the tax season with a special launch event celebrating our clients’ achievements, welcoming our VITA volunteers, and spotlighting tax benefits that strengthen financial security and support Iowa’s economy. The Iowa Center’s Director of Tax Services, Karla Evans, will share an overview of our tax programs designed to help Iowans access every benefit available to them under the tax code, including:
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA)
Free income tax preparation for individuals, families, and small businesses earning generally under $69,000.
Small Business Tax Services
Affordable tax planning, preparation, and filing for small businesses with a one-year flat-rate fee.
