– Under $84,000 AGI, or
– Active Duty Military and under $84,000 AGI
– Free state return if you qualify for a free federal return

File free through TaxAct here. Eligibility:
– Under $84,000 AGI and age between 20 – 59, or
– Active Duty Military and under $84,000 AGI
– Free state return if you qualify for a free federal return
