Russ spends his time reviewing loan applications to evaluate risk, coaching clients through the loan process, and presenting loan applications for loan committee review. He’s also proud to say that he’s the intern who never left.

Why I work at The Iowa Center: Knowing that you’re playing a part in helping people start their small business dreams or to continue to grow their small business makes it easy to come to work.
Ask me about: I enjoy going to the gym and playing video games every now and then and have a goal of running a 50k+ race within the next two years. I love movies with existentialist undertones and can often be found on YouTube or Udemy learning something new.
I dream of a day when…: When everyone can work at a job or in a business that they are passionate about.
