Nicole came to The Iowa Center seeking a loan to open a cafe that would serve smoothies and healthy foods. She received a loan with business coaching to support the startup of her new business. Nicole has opened her cafe in space that allows her to serve the clientele of a popular fitness facility. She is serving healthy and delicious items that are prepared with whole food, plant-based ingredients that is supporting new part-time and full-time job opportunities.
