Prior to Coffeesmiths, Julie worked 16+ years in the telecommunications industry in software and network development. Her areas of expertise are in retail: food and consumer products, process development, business plans, business pitches, and employee engagement. She also volunteers in the following organizations: Eastern Iowa SCORE chapter, University of Iowa Venture School, Marion Library Foundation, and Marion Chamber of Commerce.
