Taxes, however, continue to be a top concern for business owners. In this session, ten tax basics will be discussed including entity choices, deductions, and strategic considerations so business owners will have a better understanding of how taxes impact their business and what they can do to minimize the tax impact on their bottom line. About our speaker Ashley Sly is a senior tax manager at MHCS. She works with businesses and individuals on tax preparation and strategic planning with a specialty in manufacturing, multi-state businesses, and sales tax. Originally from Southwest Minnesota, Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Accounting and Finance at Buena Vista University.
