Sales strategy, customer contracts, setting standards, and handling customer conflict don’t have to be intimidating with help from some of Iowa’s most accomplished customer relations professionals.
- Brand, Marketing, and Advertising – November 5
Brand consistency, maintenance, advertising, social media, and how to pull it all together.
- Back Office – November 12
Billing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and when you should just hire an accountant. Learn about inventory management, payment services, vendor assessments, and protecting your company data.
- Risk Management & Strategic Planning – November 19
Protect your business through identifying risks, creating vendor contracts, and insurance. Learn how to put all of this information into a long-term strategic plan that helps your business flourish for years to come.
