About Breathe.

Breathe. was born on a hot summer day out of a love for feminine entrepreneurship and a dedication to serving women. As physical therapy classmates, Libby and Molly identified gaps in traditional models of care and relentlessly went to work creating a company that inspires women to live the energetic, vibrant and active lives they deserve. From two physical therapists to a staff of twelve and two clinics, their determination remains evident in every interaction.

About Molly

As an eight grader faced with the question, “what do you want to be when you grow up”, Molly knew she would be a physical therapist. Her work has taken her all over the country working with individuals ranging from 1 month old to 106 years old. Following the traumatic birth of her first daughter, everything changed. She was called to help more women before, during and after pregnancy.  She felt that, even as a physical therapist, she didn’t know what to expect from her postpartum body and wanted to support and empower as many women as possible. Molly recently authored an eBook titled, Planned C-Section Guide: How to Prepare and Recover Fearlessly.

About Libby
After over 10 years as a doctor of physical therapy, Libby has created a niche practice in persistent pain, women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction. In 2016, after giving birth to 3 babies of her own and recovering from nearly every pelvic floor and low back symptom, she founded Breathe., a busy two-clinic physical therapy practice.  She loves putting together the pieces to help people with the most complicated medical histories see a way forward. Libby is driven to create a space where energy, vibrance and activity is accessible for all women. She recently authored Peaceful Pushing: How to Train Your Pelvic Floor & Improve Chances of an Easy Birth.
